Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SEO & GEO Content Writer to create high-quality, search-optimized content for a large global digital ecosystem spanning multiple business units, products, and regions.
This is a hands-on writing role. You will research, write, edit, publish, and continuously optimize original digital content-including advisory articles, educational content, landing pages, and web copy-while ensuring it is optimized for both traditional search (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Working closely with SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, Product Marketing, and regional teams, you will develop global master content that can be localized and adapted across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit original long-form advisory articles, educational content, landing pages, and website copy.
- Create engaging, customer-focused content that is optimized for both SEO and GEO best practices.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible, and compelling content for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and topic research to identify new content opportunities.
- Continuously optimize existing content based on search performance, user engagement, and emerging search trends.
- Publish, maintain, and update content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Create global master content that regional marketing teams can localize for their markets while maintaining consistency in messaging and structure.
- Analyze web and content performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and regional stakeholders to deliver integrated content initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience writing SEO-driven digital content for enterprise organizations.
- Proven experience personally writing long-form articles, advisory content, landing pages, and website copy.
- Strong expertise in on-page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, search intent, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging digital content.
- Hands-on experience publishing and maintaining content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required.
- Experience supporting large-scale global Fortune 500 websites across multiple business units, products, and international markets.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and content performance metrics.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills within cross-functional global teams.

- Experience writing about sustainability, climate technologies, HVAC, energy, smart buildings, or other technical B2B industries.
- Experience working with multilingual content and global localization workflows.
- Portfolio of published digital content demonstrating strong writing and SEO expertise.
