Role Overview
Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to lead a healthier financial life. As we continue to grow across Europe, our website plays a critical role in shaping our brand, driving pipeline, and enabling self-serve growth. We're looking for a Part-Time Web Designer to support our Europe Marketing team in evolving and localizing the EU/UK website experience. This is an opportunity to have meaningful impact on a high-visibility, high-growth region while partnering closely with marketing, product marketing, SEO, and engineering.

- CMS-First, Self-Serve Design Systems: Design within CMS constraints (Contentful), helping migrate legacy pages and standardize reusable components. Enable the Europe team to launch and update content quickly, with minimal engineering lift.
- High-Impact Page & Brand Enhancements: Execute strategic page updates, asset refreshes, and new creative (e.g., CTA banners, open graph images, customer logos). Elevate the overall visual quality and performance of the Europe web experience.
- Navigation & Information Architecture Updates: Evolve regional navigation and page structure to reflect updated product positioning and use case strategy. Improve clarity, consistency, and scalability across the EU/UK site.

- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Familiarity with experimentation and conversion optimization
