Role Overview
Carrier is seeking a Customer Insights Specialist to support global customer, brand, and market research initiatives. This role will lead qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize findings into actionable insights, develop executive ready presentations, manage research vendors, and support strategic initiatives including Brand Health Equity Tracking and customer experience programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or customer experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive level presentations
- Experience editing video and audio content for reports and insight storytelling
- Strong proficiency with Asana or similar project management software
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with Qualtrics preferred
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and insight generation preferred
