Role Overview
Support Customer Insights projects by assisting with processing and synthesizing research findings, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, editing and formatting video outputs, and developing clear, executive‑ready share-out reports. Support will also include assisting with research brief development and questionnaire editing/proofing.
Projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Carrier Energy Field Trial Qualitative Research (Vidlet)
- Carrier Energy Naming Quantitative Research (Qualtrics)
- Data Centers Events AI Moderation (Qualitative via Guidepoint)
- Carrier Energy Gen2 Prioritization Quantitative Research (Qualtrics)
- Carrier Global Brand Health Equity Tracker
Work will be performed on anhourly basis, at a rate of $30/hour, tracked hourly for 6 weeks, through May 31, 2026. Hours not to exceed 150 hours
