Role Overview
About the Role
We are looking for a Community & Events Manager to help build and grow our brand community across Sweden.
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of local brand activations, coordinate event team members and Student Ambassadors, and help create a strong, engaged ambassador community. You will work closely with the Event Manager Sweden to bring the brand to life through events, campus activities, and community-driven experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, outgoing, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
Role details:
- Salary: SEK 40,000 - 45,000 per month
- Work model: Hybrid - four days per week onsite, one remote working day per week
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the Event Team and Student Ambassadors across Sweden
- Recruit new Event Team members and Student Ambassadors to support local activations
- Help develop and grow the Student Ambassador Program
- Support planning and execution of ambassador strategy in partnership with the Event Manager Sweden
- Brief ambassadors and event team members ahead of activations
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and contract-related processes with internal teams
- Plan and manage logistics for weekly events and brand activations
- Own day-to-day communication with ambassadors, including guidelines, questions, follow-ups, and event updates
- Build a positive, engaged, and connected ambassador community
- Coordinate send-outs of products, merchandise, and clothing to event team members
- Prepare monthly follow-up reports and activity updates
- Track the ambassador budget in partnership with the Event Manager Sweden
- Support the event team during activations and be ready to jump in wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in event coordination, brand activations, community building, ambassador programs, or team coordination
- Experience working with B2C events, consumer brands, or field marketing is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proactive, self-starting, and able to identify opportunities without waiting to be asked
- Flexible, hands-on, and willing to support practical event and operational tasks
- Strong people skills and the ability to motivate and engage ambassadors
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
