Role Overview

We are hiring Fitness & Wearables Specialists to evaluate next-generation AI personalization systems (Gemini).

In this role, you will simulate real-world interactions and assess how effectively AI uses personal data-from sources like Gmail, Google Photos, Search, YouTube, Google Health, and wearable devices-to deliver accurate, relevant, and safe responses.

This is a hands-on evaluation role at the intersection of:

AI personalization
Health & fitness data
Wearable technology
User behavior and digital wellness

What You'll Do

Conduct multi-turn conversations with AI models and compare response quality across variants
Evaluate outputs for: - * Personalization accuracy
Contextual understanding
Safety and privacy handling
Factual correctness
Test structured health & wellness scenarios involving:
- Fitness tracking
Activity data
Nutrition and habit-building
Identify issues such as: - * Hallucinations
Poor data grounding
Misuse of personal data
Provide clear written feedback explaining which responses perform better and why

Requirements

Eligibility

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
Must be based in the U.S. and operate in en-US language settings
Must use your primary, active personal Google account with regular usage (Gmail, Photos, etc.); test or dummy accounts are not accepted
Must own and actively use a Fitbit device or Google Pixel Watch (required for health data testing)
Must be available to work up to 40 hours/week for 10 weeks, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with PST
