Role Overview

Overview We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support our Digital Product organization. This role will focus on managing processes, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is skilled in Agile practices, backlog management, and documentation, with the ability to triage requests, streamline workflows, and support emerging needs such as AI prompt writing and co-pilot tool usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate processes across digital product teams to drive efficiency and alignment
  • Oversee backlog intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking of tasks
  • Create, maintain, and manage documentation, including training guides, process docs, and reference materials
  • Support Agile ceremonies and project workflows to improve team coordination and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Draft and refine prompts for AI and co-pilot tools to improve team productivity and outputs
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and risk management

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within a digital product or technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices, backlog management, and workflow design
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation and training materials
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AI prompt writing or willingness to learn and apply in workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in large enterprise or financial services organizations
  • Familiarity with co-pilot/AI productivity tools
  • Background in digital product development processes
