Role Overview
Building Celsius through Community in line with Celsius Global brand guidelines and Swedish business plan
Scout and communicate with talent and talent management, and community engagement to ensure relationships are maintained
Role details:
- Salary: SEK 40,000 - 45,000 per month
- Work model: Hybrid - four days per week onsite, one remote working day per week
RESPONSIBILITES
Be Celsius Ambassador no 1 in Sweden
Co-ordinating the Event team and Ambassadors
Recruit new Event Team members & Student Ambassadors to facilitate all Celsius activations across Sweden
Responsible for Student ambassador program and its development
Own Student Ambassador Program strategy, development, and performance.
Responsible for negotiating deliverables, collaborating with legal on contracts, and briefing ambassadors.
Responsible for preparation and logistics of weekly events.
Responsible for all communication with the ambassadors for events (i.e. creating guidelines, responding to any of their queries and follow-ups)
Responsible for the well-being and the unity within the ambassador community
Continuous send outs of Celsius, merchandise and clothes to event team members
Monthly follow-up and activity reports
Budget management of the ambassador budget
Communication with event team during events
SKILLS
Solid experience with demonstrated success in, community building & team leading
Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced working environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds.
Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities
Project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in working with B2C events
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
