DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing FP&A team.

This high-visibility role will focus on financial analysis and collaboration with internal teams, particularly Marketing and Sales, to support business goals and decision-making. This role will primarily support the Canadian market, partnering with commercial stakeholders across our three brands (Celsius, Rockstar, and Alani Nu).

The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A fundamentals, commercial finance exposure, and the ability to translate analysis intro clear business recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze budget and forecast variances across multiple brands, identifying and communicating key drivers to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales leadership in allocating spend and evaluating ROI.
• Build and refine financial models in support of our annual budget planning process, rolling profitability forecast, and global sales projection.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and strategic management tools to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Accounting, to ensure accurate financial reporting during monthly close.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial materials, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and support special projects as business priorities evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is required.
• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, retail, CPG/FMCG, or consumer goods teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona 2-3 days per week.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, including work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
