Role Overview
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts and blockchain modules powering CAW's NFT, token, and DeFi features. You'll work closely with tech leads, product managers, and frontend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative Web3 solutions. Your expertise will help shape the platform's architecture, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit Solidity smart contracts for NFTs, tokens, and DeFi protocols
- Architect blockchain applications and guide technical decisions
- Integrate contracts with backend (Node.js) and frontend (React/TypeScript)
- Lead code reviews, security audits, and scalability improvements
- Mentor team members and support project delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years blockchain development (Solidity, DeFi, NFTs, Node.js)
- Experience with IDOs, exchanges, staking, and gamefi projects
- Strong skills in architecture, audits, and team leadership
- Familiarity with Layer-1/Layer-2, Web3.js, and security best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Solana, Rust, and cross-chain integrations
- Open-source contributions or published audits
