Are you data driven and like to develop compelling insights to make decisions around brand
strategy? This role will support Oral Care brands. Our brand analysts drive brand growth through
analysis, collaboration, and by developing marketing content.
Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Analysis & Market Insights
● Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive category and competitive analysis
utilizing Nielsen (IQ) and Numerator to identify market trends and white space.
● Insight Generation: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights that inform
brand strategy and commercial planning cycles.
2. Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
● Levers & Optimization: Support data-driven analysis and provide strategic
recommendations across key RGM pillars, specifically Price/Pack Architecture
(PPA) and Product Mix.
● Capability Building: Assist in the development and refinement of analytical tools
designed to track performance and drive RGM efficiencies.
3. Brand Management: Maxfresh Portfolio
● Project Leadership: Lead preparation and execution of key brand initiatives,
including "Project Supersize Me" (Value/Size Strategy) and the "Fresh Fruity LX"
launch.
● Multicultural Growth: Secure incremental Language Flex displays within
high-indexing Hispanic Retail Environments (REs) to drive brand relevance and
physical availability.
● Trial & Activation: Drive consumer trial for the Fruity line through the strategic
integration of Omnichannel support, opportunistic media buys, and physical
sampling programs.
Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
● Wellness/Beauty/CPG experience a big plus
● 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
● Excellent analytical aptitude and data interpretation abilities
