Role summary

Join DS Studio to shape the visual storytelling of landmark architecture across facades,

interiors, lighting, signage, events, and cinematic media. You will turn approved design

intent into premium presentation assets using advanced visualization, editing, and AI-aware

workflows.

Why this role matters

We need a strong visual design lead who can transform architectural direction into persuasive,

high-end public-facing media. This role bridges architecture and storytelling, helping DS Studio

communicate projects with clarity, emotion, and commercial power.

What you will do

● Develop facade mood studies, material atmosphere, and visual identity boards

● Create high-quality visual narratives for exteriors, interiors, landscape interfaces,

monuments, and event settings

● Direct camera framing, cinematic sequencing, hero angles, and visual hierarchy

● Prepare concept visuals for signage, lighting, wayfinding, frontage, and display

● Translate approved architectural intent into presentation-ready media without drifting

from source truth

● Produce stills, short teasers, campaign visuals, presentation assets, and social

media cuts

● Support decks, brochures, launch assets, web visuals, and exhibition storytelling

● Collaborate with internal systems teams so outputs remain reusable, searchable, and

versioned

● Help define a repeatable visual pipeline across website, LinkedIn, reels, decks, and

events

First 90 days

● Establish a clear visual language for facade, interior, signage, lighting, and event

storytelling

● Build a reliable camera-view and mood-board system for Marayai and other DS Studio

projects

● Deliver presentation-ready stills, short teaser edits, and campaign assets from approved

design sources

● Help shape a reusable visual workflow for web, social, and investor-facing

communication

What we are looking for

● Strong eye for composition, proportion, light, facade drama, and premium visual

storytelling

● Architectural visualization ability across commercial facades, interiors, public realm,

and event mood

● Good understanding of materiality, atmosphere, and lighting

● Strong camera storytelling instinct and sense of edit rhythm

● Taste level suited to premium architecture and commercial presentation

● Discipline to work from approved design sources rather than visual fantasy

● Clear interest in AI-enhanced workflows, with mature judgment on when to use them

Required tools

● D5 Render and/or Twinmotion / Unreal-quality visualization workflow

● Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

● Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

● After Effects

● Rhino or Blender

● Figma for layout and presentation support

Preferred familiarity

● Revit model reading awareness

● Substance or material workflow familiarity

● Rive / Lottie / motion asset awareness

● Web publishing awareness for image and video optimization

● Social publishing format awareness

Preferred AI familiarity

● Gemini ecosystem

● Midjourney, Flux, or similar ideation tools

● Kling, Runway, or LTX-style motion concept tools

● Upscaling, enhancement, and background cleanup tools

● NotebookLM or similar source-grounded reference tools

● You can make a facade feel commercially magnetic without making it fake

● You know what makes an investor slide, teaser, or website hero feel premium

● You understand when to stay model-based and when AI can add value

● You maintain design integrity while increasing visual impact

Test task

Selected candidates may be asked to submit:

● One facade mood board for Marayai Orb or a comparable landmark project

● One night lighting / boulevard or event scene concept

● One signage or frontage concept sheet

● One 20-30 second architectural teaser edit using stills, motion, and sound
