Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Website Designer to lead the evolution of our global website and digital marketing experience. This role combines hands-on design execution with design leadership, focusing on design systems, scalable components, and modernization of legacy experiences during a CMS migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The ideal candidate has strong UX strategy and analysis, excellent UI craft, deep design system experience, and the ability to guide other designers while delivering production-ready work.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Act as lead designer / player-coach for the website and digital marketing ecosystem
- Guide design standards, component usage, and governance across the design team
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams
Design System & Component Architecture
- Maintain and evolve the Figma web design system
- Design scalable components, templates, and interaction patterns
- Create component usage guidelines and governance documentation
UX & Interface Design
- Produce user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex web experiences
- Ensure responsive behavior, accessibility, and usability across global markets
- Deliver developer-ready Figma files and documentation
CMS & Platform Modernization
- Support migration of legacy website experiences to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Translate legacy solutions into modular, reusable frameworks
Global Digital Experience
- Design for internationalization and localization (long languages, regional formats, etc.)
- Ensure scalable patterns for global websites and content structures
Deliverables
- Production-ready Figma files
- Design system updates (components, tokens, templates)
- UX flows and interaction documentation
- Component usage guidelines
- Developer handoff documentation
Qualifications
- 7+ years UX/UI design experience for digital products or enterprise websites
- Advanced Figma proficiency (components, variants, tokens, libraries)
- Strong design system architecture experience
- Experience designing large-scale websites or enterprise digital platforms
- Experience with CMS environments (AEM preferred)
- Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
Working Model
- Remote
- Participation in sprint planning and design reviews
- Overlap with US working hours
