Role Overview

Final rate will depend on your geo/location.

Working full time/ 8hrs/day in PT time zone

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Dynamic CRM environments and CRM partner ecosystems. This role will focus on sales workflows and member-facing processes, partnering closely with the Product Owner to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

The ideal candidate understands CRM architecture, sales operations, and member lifecycle management, and can bridge business stakeholders with technical teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to define, document, and prioritize CRM enhancements
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes and member-related workflows within Dynamic CRM
  • Collaborate with CRM implementation partners and internal technical teams
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition
  • Conduct process mapping and gap analysis across sales and member operations
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
  • Validate delivered functionality through UAT support and documentation
  • Ensure CRM configurations align with business objectives and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or comparable Dynamic CRM systems)
  • Experience working with CRM implementation partners
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and member/customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to write clear user stories and functional documentation
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work 8 hours/day aligned to Pacific Time

Preferred

  • Experience in membership-based organizations or subscription-driven businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (marketing automation, billing systems, analytics tools)
  • LATAM-based candidates with strong English proficiency
