Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Podcast Audio Transcription Specialist fluent in Ukrainian to convert podcast audio into accurate, well-formatted written transcripts. This role is ideal for someone with strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe podcast episodes from audio to text in Ukrainian with high accuracy
• Ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting throughout transcripts
• Identify speakers and structure dialogue clearly
• Edit and proofread transcripts for clarity and readability
• Meet turnaround times for assigned episodes
• Follow any provided style guides or formatting requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Ukrainian(native or near-native preferred)
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, and written communication in Ukrainian
• Ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience in audio transcription (podcasts, interviews, or similar content)
• Experience transcribing podcasts or media content
• Familiarity with transcription tools
• Experience with bilingual transcription or translation

• Payments are calculated based on total audio hours completed (not time spent)
