Indonesian Data Collection Specialist (US + UK + Canada, Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking multiple US-based, Canada-based, and UK-based contributors fluent in Indonesian to support a remote document research and data collection project.

This role involves identifying and collecting publicly available, empty PDF forms from official websites across various sectors. Clear guidelines and instructions will be provided - no prior experience is required.

Contributors are paid based on approved submissions, and selected candidates can begin immediately.

**Please note:

• Compensation is output-based. The $22 USD rate shown reflects the upper end of the expected hourly equivalent range.
• Payments are issued for valid, QA-approved forms.
• There is no minimum or maximum daily or weekly hours requirement for this project.
• This is an immediate project need - selected candidates should be available to onboard and start promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Search official websites and organizations in the target language
• Identify and download publicly available empty PDF forms
• Ensure downloaded files are clear, accurate, and correctly saved
• Collect forms across assigned sectors (e.g. Medical, Education, Finance, Tax, Travel, Retail, Vehicle)
• Follow provided instructions and quality standards for submissions

Requirements:

• US-based and authorized to work remotely
• Canada-based and authorized to work remotely
• UK-based and authorized to work remotely
• Native or near-native proficiency in Indonesian
• Comfortable reading and identifying official documents in Indonesian
• Basic online research and navigation skills
• Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
