Role Overview
At DS Studio, we are building premium design experiences where architecture, storytelling, AI,
media, and commercialization work together as one ecosystem. From landmark environments
and cinematic presentations to content systems and automation infrastructure, our work is
design-led, future-facing, and built for long-term value.
Role summary
Join DS Studio to build the internal content and media systems behind next-generation
architecture, AI, and storytelling. You will create the automation, repository, and search
infrastructure that turns approved design sources into reusable image, video, web, and
campaign assets.
Why this role matters
We need a systems-minded builder who can create the operational backbone behind media
production. This role is about governance, structure, versioning, metadata, retrieval, and
workflow automation, not just speed. You will help turn approved design outputs into a stable,
reusable production system.
What you will do
● Design repository architecture for media, design exports, and publishing outputs
● Build internal tools for asset registration, metadata, tagging, approvals, versioning,
and retrieval
● Connect project repositories, Google Workspace, storage/CDN layers, and vector search
systems
● Create workflows that ingest approved visuals, text, sound, and metadata
● Support build-guide generation for video, website sections, presentations, and social
campaigns
● Implement rights/status tracking for copy, image, sound, and source validity
● Help optimize local and cloud AI/GPU workflows for indexing, search, processing, and
packaging
● Build QA rules, approval gates, monitoring, and auditability
● Support DS Studio's evolution into a reusable content and media platform
First 90 days
● Define repository segregation for source, processing, approved, and publishing
zones
● Establish asset registry and facts/metadata structure
● Connect approved Revit / D5 outputs into a searchable media system
● Create automation logic for image, video, web, and social build guides
● Introduce QA rules so only approved assets and facts move into production
What we are looking for
● Strong full-stack development capability
● Systems analysis mindset with long-term thinking
● Solid understanding of storage, metadata, CDN, repository architecture, and
workflow design
● Experience building APIs, internal dashboards, and automation pipelines
● Strong grasp of vector search, retrieval, versioning, permissions, and approval
logic
● Ability to work across both technical and creative teams
● Mature view of AI as an accelerator inside governed systems
Required stack capability
● React / Next.js or equivalent front-end
● Node.js and/or Python backend
● SQL and metadata modeling
● API design
● Docker / container-based environments
● Git / CI discipline
● Familiarity with vector databases and document/media retrieval
● File-processing pipelines for images, video, audio, and PDFs
Preferred familiarity
● Google Workspace automation
● CDN and object storage concepts
● OCR / image tagging / similarity search
● Media transcoding pipelines
● GPU workstation awareness
● Local inference / model-serving awareness
● Prompt-to-build-guide systems
● Permissions, audit logging, and repository governance
Preferred AI familiarity
● Gemini ecosystem
● NotebookLM or source-grounded research tools
● Embeddings and vector database workflows
● Local/open models where useful
● n8n or similar workflow tools
● Vision/audio/text classification tooling
● AI-assisted tagging and content QA
● Content provenance and rights-aware systems
What great looks like
● You think in systems, not demos
● You can explain source zones, processing zones, and publish zones clearly
● You understand that AI should accelerate approved workflows, not replace governance
● You can make creative teams faster without damaging control or stability
● You appreciate that architecture and media need provenance, not just output speed
Test task
Selected candidates may be asked to present:
● A repository architecture for approved design/media assets
● An asset schema including fields such as zone, project, asset type, rights, version,
approval status, and campaign tags
● A simple build-guide format for:
○ video
○ website section
○ social publish kit
● A rule set that blocks anything unapproved from being published
Ideal profile
This role suits someone from a media systems, DAM/CMS architecture, automation
engineering, creative tooling, or AI workflow platform background.
