Role Overview

We are conducting a paid market research study with business professionals involved in selecting and managing B2B order management software (OMS). The goal is to understand how organizations choose, implement, and use OMS solutions across consulting firm industries in the Nordic region.

Ideal Participants: - Work at a company with at least 51 employees

• Employed by a wholesaler, e‑commerce company, retailer, food & beverages company, pharmacy business, or manufacturing firm
• Are a primary decision-maker, part of a decision-making group, or a kconsulting firm contributor for selecting order management software or related order management solutions
• Have good knowledge of your company's OMS setup, vendors, and selection criteria
• Comfortable answering detailed questions about OMS functionality, integration, and performance

Target Company Types: - Wholesale and distribution

• E‑commerce and online retail
• Brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retail
• Food & beverages

Study Details: - Geography: Cross-Nordic focus
