About MSBAI

MSBAI builds certifiable, truth-seeking AI for digital engineering and autonomous operations where failure isn't an option: designing next-generation aircraft through thousands of automated design-simulate-evaluate cycles, assessing satellite maneuvers and predicting collision risks across thousands of objects in contested orbital environments, and operating autonomous nuclear microreactors on the lunar surface, where no human can intervene. GURU, our hybrid-intelligence platform, trains specialized skill agents to execute verified procedures, automating simulation setup, detecting anomalies, and managing critical systems at scales from edge deployment to the world's fastest exascale supercomputers. Unlike most consumer AI tools that generate plausible-sounding outputs without grounded execution, we build domain-specific autonomy with auditable decision pathways, reclaiming months of expert time from brittle manual workflows.

The Role

We're looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Customer Solutions Intern to join our team. This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours/week) based in the Los Angeles area, starting immediately. This is not a summer internship. The opportunity is open right now.

You'll support our customer engagement efforts by giving live demonstrations of our GURU platform to prospective customers, partners, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to showcase MSBAI technology at trade shows and conferences, help prepare materials for high-stakes meetings, and contribute to customer communications across our technology portfolio.

For exceptional performers, this role offers a path to expanded responsibilities and long-term positions as MSBAI grows.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate our technology platforms to prospective customers, investors, and strategic partners, often with short notice and high stakes
  • Showcase MSBAI technology at major trade shows and conferences
  • Support customer communications, from preparing meeting materials to coordinating follow-up
  • Assist with proposal preparation, market research, and other sales support activities
  • Wear multiple hats: this is a startup environment where adaptability and initiative are rewarded
  • Learn directly from experienced subject matter experts across engineering, operations, and business development, collaborating with the entire MSBAI team

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are currently attending a Los Angeles area college (examples: Cal State LA, El Camino College, Glendale Community College, Occidental, or any other), or not enrolled at all but can demonstrate relevant ability through projects, work, or self-directed learning
  • Have a genuine interest in at least one of our core domains: artificial intelligence, space technology, nuclear energy, defense tech, or high-performance computing
  • Are a confident, articulate communicator who can command a room and explain complex technology in accessible terms
  • Thrive under pressure and can deliver polished demos with minimal preparation time
  • Are excited by the fast-paced, all-hands nature of startup life
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and want real responsibility, not busywork
  • Can commit to up to 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Are based in the Los Angeles area and able to work on-site as needed (local candidates only)

Bonus points for:

  • Technical background or coursework in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through self-study
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer-facing roles, or public speaking
