  • Remote-first, with periodic in-person needs in Philadelphia

We're looking for a fractional B2B Marketing Manager to help drive day-to-day execution across content, social, and event marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and tie work back to growth goals.

This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in (or near) Philadelphia and available for occasional in-person meetings and on-site event support.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute a weekly content + social cadence (planning, drafting, publishing, distribution)
  • Support event marketing end-to-end: promotion, registration funnel, speaker/agenda support, and on-site coordination as needed
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine positioning and messaging for campaigns and launches
  • Build or update landing pages / basic web content (WordPress / Framer)
  • Support growth marketing workflows in HubSpot (lead capture, nurture, basic automation)
  • Track performance and report on results; recommend improvements and next steps

Must-Haves

  • Philadelphia-area (remote-first, but available for in-person meetings/events)
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strong content + social execution skills
  • Event marketing experience
  • Must be comfortable owning event promo + registration funnel (landing page, email, social cadence)
  • HubSpot required (workflows + reporting)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and/or Framer
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day workflows to move faster across content, social, and event execution (e.g. drafting, repurposing, research, ops).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Google Analytics, AdWords, and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn)
  • Experience improving conversion on landing pages (basic CRO / funnel optimization)
  • Comfort working with growth targets and pipeline metrics
