Role Overview
Lead development of Colgate 360 manual toothbrush relaunch for Q3 '27
Activities and deliverables will include:

- Packaging Design - Using winning design from shelf test, direct Design to create Master Bundle for release to divisions in August. Identify which variants & sizes will be created from the center vs adapted locally.
- Product - Finalize product go/no go decision based on HUT results
- Assortment - Identify any products to be discontinued prior to development of Master Bundle
- Claims - Ensure North America approves claims on time, and direct other divisions to adapt the NA claims tracker
- CapEx P&L - Direct cross-functional team to develop global P&L to support CapEx submission
- Work with cross-functional team to keep the product launch on track with the timeline established by the Project Manager.
- Create an executive update on the 360 RL for May IPM presentations
