We are seeking a Product Owner to lead product direction and experience design for a Dynamic CRM environment supporting sales and member workflows.
This role will own the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery in close partnership with Business Analysts, engineering teams, and CRM partners. The focus is on improving sales effectiveness and optimizing the member experience through scalable CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Define and prioritize product backlog (user stories, features, enhancements)
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and member experience teams
- Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into clear product direction
- Collaborate with engineering and CRM partners on delivery and implementation
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization decisions
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality of delivered features
- Drive improvements to sales workflows and member lifecycle experience
- Balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- Experience working with CRM implementation partners
- Background in sales operations, CRM-driven workflows, or member/customer experience
- Proven ability to own roadmap and prioritize in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work 8 hours/day aligned to Pacific Time
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based organizations
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (marketing, billing, analytics)
- LATAM-based candidates with strong English proficiency
