Role Overview

We are conducting a paid market research study with professionals working in industrial operations in medium to large organisations. The objective is to understand customer experience, purchasing behaviours and distributor relationships for key industrial equipment categories.

Ideal Participants: - Currently work in an industrial operations environment (plant-facing roles)

• Employed by an organisation with at least $10M in annual revenue
• Work in one of the following functions:
• Maintenance or reliability
• Engineering or technical
• Procurement or purchasing
• Operations
• Plant or site leadership
• Personally involved in evaluating, using, or purchasing industrial equipment or components such as hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, flow control, rotating equipment, mechanical power transmission, or general MRO supplies
• Act as a final decision-maker or key influencer in purchase decisions for the above areas

Target Industries / End Markets: - Food and beverage

• Chemicals
• Metals and mining
• Pulp and paper
• Construction materials
• Agriculture processing
• Water and wastewater
• Power generation and utility operations
• Packaging and material handling
• Automotive and transportation
• Aerospace and defence
