Role Overview

fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States

with a strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, with the ability

to work in the Pacific Time Zone.

The Isovalent Culture team partners closely with People, IT, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to ensure every employee experience, from onboarding to celebrations to company-wide moments, is thoughtful, inclusive, and operationally excellent. We support a rapidly growing, globally distributed team and design systems and programs that scale without losing the personal touch. This role reports into the Culture leadership function and works cross-functionally across the organization.

Your Impact

As a Culture and Employee Experience Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution and

operational backbone of our culture and employee experience programs. You'll combine

strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on execution to ensure our

culture scales smoothly as the company grows.

You will: - Own and run daily Culture team operations, including onboarding and offboarding

  • workflows, calendars, vendors, tools, and execution plans.
  • Execute key culture programs directly while also owning delivery through others,
  • acting as a stakeholder to hiring managers, IT, People partners, and cross-functional
  • owners.
  • Lead and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences, including
  • hosting monthly live onboarding calls for up to 100 new hires.●
  • Manage execution of employee experience programs such as internal recognition,
  • milestone celebrations, and individual acknowledgements.
  • Act as program or project manager for culture initiatives requiring Cisco procurement,
  • compliance, and policy navigation, including: - * Working with Cisco procurement tools and processes
  • Managing approved vendors for goods (welcome kits, end-of-year programs, event materials)
  • Executing charitable donations through approved charities and compliant processes
  • Drive and operationalize Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) as well as Diversity,
  • Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) programs, including:
    • Leading internal working groups and communities
  • Organizing events and awareness initiatives
  • Partnering with leaders to support established diversity hiring recommendations
  • Present culture updates and program outcomes during company-wide meetings.
  • Support internal events by managing logistics such as inventory, vendor coordination,
  • venue arrangements, and timelines.
  • Design, document, and evolve scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks to
  • support continued company growth.
  • Your work will directly shape how employees experience Isovalent - at every stage of their
  • journey.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Culture, Employee Experience, People Operations, Program Management, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience running operational programs at scale in a global, distributed organization.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Comfort presenting to large audiences and facilitating live sessions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for building inclusive, human-centered employee experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field,
  • or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in or alongside large enterprise environments (e.g.,
  • post-acquisition, matrixed organizations)
  • Experience working with procurement processes, compliance requirements, and
  • vendor management in a large organization.
  • Experience supporting or leading Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging programs.
  • Experience managing internal communities, employee resource groups, or culture
  • councils.
  • Background in scaling people or culture programs during periods of rapid growth.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and designing new processes from scratch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse
  • teams.
