Location: Remote Engagement: Contract- Full-time or Part-time Duration: 6+ months (long-term possible) Rate: $100-$120/hr

About the Project

CAW is a SocialFi platform combining social networking with Web3 technologies. The platform includes messaging, NFT functionality, and wallet integrations built on a modern web stack.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to improve the reliability, scalability, and automation of our infrastructure.

What You'll Work On

You will help design and operate the infrastructure powering the CAW platform, including:

• building and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure
• improving CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• managing Kubernetes clusters
• improving observability and monitoring
• implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• improving system reliability and incident response processes
• supporting developer productivity and faster deployments

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud infrastructure for production environments
• Maintain and improve Kubernetes clusters
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Support reliability and incident management

Required Experience

• 5+ years DevOps / infrastructure engineering
• Strong AWS experience
• Kubernetes production operations
• Terraform infrastructure as code
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Monitoring and observability tools

Nice to Have

• Web3 or blockchain infrastructure experience
• experience scaling high-traffic systems
• security and cloud compliance experience
