AI Solutions Analyst - (Remote USA, Contract To Hire)

Role Description

We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to help clients identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI solutions across healthcare, operations, and business services. This role sits at the intersection of client discovery, business analysis, and AI product delivery. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, uncover operational challenges, and identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable value. Using a proven discovery methodology, you will help translate business needs into actionable requirements, AI use cases, and product recommendations while collaborating with engineering, UX, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and eventually lead AI discovery engagements with client teams.
• Interview stakeholders to document workflows, pain points, business goals, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate manual work, improve decision-making, or reduce business risk.
• Translate business problems into requirements, user stories, use case summaries, and acceptance criteria.
• Help scope AI prototypes and pilot programs to validate value before full-scale implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and design teams to define AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of repeatable discovery methodologies and playbooks.
• Create workflow maps, AI use case backlogs, and impact-versus-complexity analyses.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and uncover underlying client needs.
• Strong business analysis skills, including listening, synthesis, documentation, and problem structuring.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience creating summaries, requirements, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborative mindset with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project coordination, product management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow documentation, process mapping, user stories, or requirements gathering is preferred.
• Exposure to software development teams, product organizations, or client-facing environments is a plus.
