Role Overview

SCAN Health is seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-impact Sales CRM transformation, migrating from Agent Cubed (A3) to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is best suited for someone who thinks like a junior Product Owner-focused on understanding business problems, defining user needs, and translating them into actionable requirements that drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired business outcomes.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve workflows.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, keeping business value and user outcomes at the center of all requirements.
  • Support an Agile delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience in Agile environments.
  • Experience with CRM implementations or transformation programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong skills in requirements discovery, process analysis, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge existing processes constructively.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, call center, or sales operations is a plus.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM-4:00/5:00 PM PT, with flexibility for occasional extra hours.
