Accounts Payable / P2P Specialist - Hybrid in Barcelona

The Role:

You'll own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle for your markets - from invoice receipt in Esker & GP to payment execution - within a team of ~20 P2P professionals across our three hubs.

From day one, you'll work directly with vendors, budget owners, and international colleagues, with real room to improve how we work.

**Please note:

• Salary range (38,000 - 42,000) is in Euros per year
• This is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per week

What you'll do:

• Process vendor invoices in Esker & GP with accurate coding, approvals, and policy compliance
• Reconcile AP subledger balances and vendor statements; resolve open items
• Manage vendor relationships and payment queries for your markets
• Support month-end close with accurate AP balances and payables reporting
• Ensure VAT and indirect tax compliance - and help automate the manual work you find

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on AP experience, ideally in an international or shared-services environment
• ERP experience - Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and/or Esker are a strong plus
• Working knowledge of VAT and cross-border indirect tax compliance
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus for local vendor management
• Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable in a business still building its processes
