Managing Director, Business Development

Role Overview

We're looking for a senior BD operator to own the full enterprise pipeline for the _Protocol - the stablecoin infrastructure layer being built for institutional-scale financial services.

_What the role is: This person owns the protocol's TVL growth strategy, enterprise deal flow (payment processors, exchanges, fintechs), deal structuring, and agency oversight. Analyst-grade financial rigor required - CFO or Big Four background ideal. Part-time to start with a clear path to expand as the protocol scales.

_Compensation:

• Base: _$50K-$100K/year (part-time to start)
• Heavy incentive stack: token allocation + deal carry + revenue share tied to TVL and partnership milestones
• Cross-deal deployment possible across related protocol-layer engagements

_What we're looking for:

• 7-15 years BD, finance, or advisory - enterprise or institutional focus
• Analyst-grade rigor: modeling, valuation, deal structuring
• Crypto/fintech fluency - stablecoins, DeFi, or payment rails
• Track record closing complex multi-party deals
• Experience managing agencies or external partners to KPIs
