Scope
As Graphic Designer for Oral Care, you will help shape the visual presence of our digital shelf. You will support the creation of high-converting Product Detail Page (PDP) content and immersive Online Brand Store experiences, transforming our clinical science into engaging, consumer-friendly visual stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Design: Create high-quality, mobile-optimized assets for PDPs and Brand Stores that simplify clinical science into clear visuals.
- Content Excellence: Stay ahead of Digital Commerce and digital trends to produce high-converting content that drives consumer trust and sales.
- Project Ownership: Manage your own tasks and timelines to ensure every asset is delivered on time for product launches.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Brand and Digital Commerce teams, proactively gathering the specs and renders needed to keep projects moving.
- File Organization: Maintain a clean, structured Google Drive system so the team can always find the latest files instantly.
- Review Shepherding: Guide designs through the "Review Loop" (Legal, Regulatory, and Brand) to secure final approvals for production.
Required Qualifications:
- Availability: Must be able to work a dedicated 40-hour work week on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio focused on digital commerce or CPG.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension) and familiarity with digital-first design principles (mobile optimization, hierarchy, and accessibility) and high proficiency in Google Workspace.
- CPG Experience: Prior experience in Oral Care, Healthcare, or Beauty, with an understanding of navigating regulated environments (e.g., claims).
- Digital Shelf Mastery: Demonstrated ability to create high-converting PDP content and an understanding of the Amazon/DTC ecosystem from mobile-optimized hero images to A+ Premium content.
- Professional Resourcefulness: A proven track record of "shepherding" projects through corporate review cycles while maintaining creative integrity.
- Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical feedback from non-creative stakeholders into effective design updates.
- Motion Design: Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a significant plus for creating engaging PDP content.
